Frequently asked questions
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, it is one of the gentlest treatments and the settings are adjusted. Caution is needed in active rosacea or eczema.
Can I have it before a wedding or event?
Yes — there is no downtime. Ideally 2–5 days beforehand for the best appearance.
Does it replace medical facial cleansing?
Not always. With many comedones or milia, medical cleansing is more effective; they are often combined.
How often?
Every 3–6 weeks for maintenance, or as a one-off before events.
Does it help acne?
It helps with pore congestion and oiliness, but active acne needs medical treatment.
Indications, the number of sessions and the protocol are determined individually, after medical assessment. Results vary from person to person.
